David M Bird creates these tiny characters from acorns and sticks, then photographs them in the wild with real animals. This process grew out of his years as a designer for LEGO. Creating Becorns is David’s way of holding on to the sense of wonder he felt as a child in the woods. With this calendar, he invites you to open your heart to the same feeling of magic and possibility.
